We provide 30 minutes of hands on administration at your request each month*.

This can include installing and configuring software applications, running a specific task, etc. You just tell us what you need doing on the server and our trained technicians will do the rest, informing you when the job is complete.

Simply submit your requests via our support ticket system so we can perform a skills and time evalution prior to commencing work.
