Farbyte hosting services are now deployed across three (3) separate data centres. Two data centres perform live / failover facilities for hosting accounts, with the third providing a secure, offsite location for backup data.

Your hosting account data is automatically, regularly replicated to a secondary data centre which will be used in the event that your primary data centre or server becomes affected in some way.

In addition to this, a daily backup is sent to a third data centre, which is retained for seven (7) days.  Four (4) weekly and three (3) monthly backups are also retained.

The above is all performed automatically, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
